- The Insurers of Allstate are liable, pursuant to the business negligence of SAFECO by statute for attorney fees, work, wage loss, and bills requiring the collection resulting from SAFECO’s breach of insurance duty as described above.
- In 2017, Maria Cordova attended a birthday party at a private club in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and observed how servers overserved alcohol to Cordova’s brother. Cordova also states that servers overserved another customer at the club. Later, the customer allegedly got in a car and drove, striking a vehicle in which Cordova’s children were passengers. Cordova brought a public nuisance action for her own damages, and on behalf of her children, and has named down K and B Investments, Inc., as a Defendant.
- The employees of K & B Investments, Inc. were criminally liable for the alleged wrongful conduct, and punitive damages should be supported because the Sons Place employees were serving alcohol and gambling on the same premises.
